The City of Sterling has an excellent and varied benefit program available to all full-time regular employees of the organization. Part-time employees are able to participate in employee funded supplemental benefits. OPEN ENROLLMENT is from October 18, 2021 through November 12, 2021 for the 2022 calendar year. All change forms/enrollment forms/waivers MUST be turned in to Human Resources by 5:00pm on November 12, 2021.
To receive VSP Vision coverage, you MUST complete the below CHP Change Form and return to HR by the end of Open Enrollment. All dependents receiving Vision coverage MUST be listed in full on the change form.
